Siena is just 10km away. You can also found shops, market, pizzas and restaurants at 2km, in San Rocco a Pilli. Why spend more for a bedroom in the Siena city center when you can sleep in the peaceful and tranquillity of the Siena's countryside, saving more?

Price include the municipality tourist tax (1,5€ per person per night), Internet via WiFi, private car park, washing machine (please ask our staf!) and the use of the air conditioner.

Check-in: the rooms are normally available from 12:00. If our guests arrive before that time they can come to leave their luggage, get the keys and come back later. In any case, your check-in must be notified at least one day in advance and agreed.

Check-out: by 12.00 unless otherwise agreed.

We are not an “agency”, we are “common people” so we offer accommodation in our private house: a respectful behavior is required for the place, for the belongings and for the other people who live there. Once our guests have received the keys they are totally indipendent and free with no limit of time. The keys delivered remain under the responsibility of the guest until they check-out.

No one is allowed to let anybody in the house who has not previously registered, without notifying the managers. Smoking is not allowed in the house.
